What the planner organises
The planner brings together priorities involving safety, children, health, money, documents, housing and digital risk. Its purpose is to make a complex set of concerns easier to review. You can consider what is relevant without treating every suggestion as a task you must complete.
How to approach the choices
Use the broad options that fit your circumstances and review the resulting suggestions carefully. Your knowledge of your environment matters. A tool cannot know how another person will react, whether a particular place is safe or which outside service will be available.
Keep support separate from the tool
Generating a plan does not contact a responder, book support or submit a report. Use the Help section for information about support routes. If using a device itself could expose you, consider that risk before opening or sharing a plan.
