Clear language, bilingual equality, evidence and useful structure are interface requirements—not a copywriting polish added at the end.

Name the subject directly
Use “Online grooming” or “Domestic violence and control” as H1s. Campaign statements may be pull quotes, never a substitute for the subject.
- 02
Recognition before terminology
Start with “Someone is controlling my money”, then explain legal or institutional terms carefully.
- 03
Choice-oriented writing
Use “Here are safer options you may consider”, not “You must report immediately”, except where a protection duty changes the response.
- 04
English and Hindi are parallel
Both editions have the same routes, actions, sources, review date and release status. Translate destinations, not only navigation labels.
- 05
Keep content readable under stress
One idea per section; ordinary sentence case; 18px body text; left-aligned explanatory text; links underlined in running text.
- 06
Show sources and limits
Legal and service pages name jurisdiction, official sources, reviewer role, last-review date, known limits and a correction route.
