Governance

This system is public because people must be able to inspect, challenge and improve it. Governance turns those values into a release practice.

Who owns this system

A named system owner maintains the standards. The governance model requires a paid advisory group of girls, women and older women—including disabled, Hindi-first, rural and urban participants, survivors and support professionals—with real decision rights and the power to reject unsafe or degrading work. The site does not claim this group exists until it has actually been appointed.

Component lifecycle

  1. 1. Draft: documented hypothesis, not production truth.
  2. 2. Tested: checked with relevant audiences and reviewers.
  3. 3. Stable: record, code, accessibility and safety behaviour are complete.
  4. 4. Deprecated: replacement and migration date are public.
