Adivasi women rights और knowledge-holders हैं
Adivasi communities विविध हैं। लोग अपने लिए जो नाम और priority चुनें उसका सम्मान करें; women को सिर्फ development story या tradition का symbol न बनाएँ।
Identity और livelihood जुड़े हैं
Land, forest, water, language, community, work और culture साथ हो सकते हैं। एक resource हटने से safety, food, income और belonging बदलते हैं।
Collective rights women के rights नहीं मिटाते
Community decision में women और girls शामिल हों; individual dignity, bodily autonomy और violence से protection non-negotiable हैं।
Women का knowledge expertise है
Seed, forest food, health practice, water route और climate observation knowledge हैं। Consultation का payment और decision power महिलाओं को मिले।
एक Adivasi experience नहीं
State, tribe, language, caste location, disability, class, religion, age, displacement और migration access बदलते हैं। Generalise करने से पहले पूछें।
Development harm की permission नहीं
Road, mine, dam, conservation या market project women से displacement, violence, unpaid work या livelihood loss का बोझ बिना voice और remedy न उठवाए।
Land, forest और money decisions
जब women documents देख नहीं सकतीं, meetings में जा नहीं सकतीं, income control नहीं करतीं या retaliation का डर हो, rights कमजोर होते हैं।
कौन-सा right है समझें
Individual title, community forest right, cultivation, grazing, minor forest produce, rehabilitation और compensation की प्रक्रिया अलग हो सकती है। Sign से पहले local current advice लें।
Gram Sabha में women की मौजूदगी वास्तविक हो
Notice, language, timing, accessible travel और safe speaking space तय करते हैं कि participation असली है या नहीं।
Documents और compensation transparent हों
सुरक्षित हो तो claim, map, notice, title, bank detail, consent और compensation decision की copies रखें। पैसा male relative के जरिए बिना explanation न जाए।
Collection और care का economic value
Fuel, water, food, forest produce लाना और family care displacement या environmental change के बाद बढ़ सकता है। Plan इस load को घटाए और budget करे।
Land loss violence risk बढ़ा सकता है
Displacement, insecure housing, wage dependence, trafficking और conflict movement और money control बदल सकते हैं। Livelihood plan में women’s safety शामिल हो।
Safety, services और collective action
Rights plan women को health, education, food, work, justice और एक-दूसरे से connected रखे।
Concern बताने का private तरीका
Violence, intimidation, land pressure या service denial report करने का रास्ता language में और resource controller की अनुपस्थिति में हो।
Services closer और usable हों
Health care, legal aid, transport, documents, phone, disability access और interpreter remote village या travel controller के बीच जरूरी हैं।
Change के समय girls की पढ़ाई बचाएँ
Project, migration या livelihood shock लड़कियों को unpaid work या early marriage में न धकेले। Route, supplies, housing और re-entry plan साथ बनाएँ।
Women’s collectives को support
Collective mapping, savings, forest-produce group, self-help group और leadership network bargaining power बढ़ा सकते हैं, यदि women priorities और information control करें।
Retaliation सावधानी से record करें
Threat, assault, false case, eviction, boycott या job loss के बाद trusted legal/protection service लें। Consent बिना names publish न करें।
Institutions और allies क्या करें
सिर्फ signature लेना meaningful participation नहीं है, यदि असली decision पहले हो चुका हो।
सही भाषा और जगह में consultation
Technical information translate करें, discussion का time दें, participation का payment करें और accessible format दें। English presentation के बाद silence consent नहीं।
Land और money का access track करें
Title, compensation, job, training, credit और leadership को gender और relevant community identity से देखें, privacy बचाते हुए।
Community authority और individual choice दोनों
Legitimate community process के साथ काम करें, पर woman violence, forced labour, sexual exploitation, marriage या financial transfer से मना कर सके।
Independent grievance route
Complaint contractor, landlord, relative या gatekeeper को ही न दी जाए जो silence से लाभ पाता है। Escalation और anti-retaliation समझाएँ।
Knowledge और leadership का payment
Resource map, meetings, language interpretation और monitoring skilled work हैं। Women को budget, credit और decision power दें।
लोग अक्सर पूछते हैं
क्या Adivasi women के rights सिर्फ land तक हैं?
नहीं। Land और forest food, water, work, culture, health, education, safety, political voice और violence से freedom से जुड़े हैं।
क्या community custom सब तय कर सकता है?
Custom और collective governance महत्वपूर्ण हैं, पर violence, forced marriage, sexual exploitation, discrimination या lawful voice हटाने को सही नहीं ठहरा सकते।
Land paper पढ़ना न आता हो तो?
Translation, accessible explanation, time और independent advice दें। बिना समझे signature meaningful participation नहीं।
Outside organisation कैसे मदद करे?
Community priorities follow करें, time का payment दें, data बचाएँ, local language इस्तेमाल करें और stories को publicity के लिए extract न करें।
Immediate danger हो तो?
जहाँ संभव हो safer person/place की ओर जाएँ और emergency या local protection support लें। Powerful person से अकेले भिड़ें या identifying details publish न करें।
