Migration से entitlements खत्म नहीं होते
Woman seasonal work, अकेले, बच्चों के साथ, शादी के बाद या disaster, debt या violence के कारण move कर सकती है। नया address उसके labour, food, identity या safety को कम नहीं करता।
देखें क्या साथ carry हो सकता है
Ration, e-Shram, bank access, health records, school documents और emergency contacts के अलग portability steps हो सकते हैं। Safe हो तो जाने से पहले list बनाएं।
Original और safe copies रखें
Identity, ration, work, medical और child documents woman की पहुँच में रखें। Contractor, landlord, broker या partner को अकेला original न दें।
Migration consent नहीं है
Work या marriage के लिए travel करना unpaid labour, confinement, sexual exploitation, document seizure या violence की consent नहीं है। Movement control हो तो safer route लें।
Language और access plan करें
Interpreter, disability access, local contact और notices पाने की जगह पूछें। Monitored या shared phone में digital-only process exclusion पैदा कर सकता है।
Private safety contact रखें
Trusted person कैसे check-in करे और location harmful person तक न जाए तय करें। Imminent violence, confinement या serious injury में 112 call करें।
One Nation One Ration Card सरल भाषा में
Department of Food and Public Distribution ONORC को ePoS-enabled Fair Price Shops से NFSA foodgrain benefit portability बताता है। Same ration card use हो सकता है; authentication और local practice current रूप में जाँचें।
Ration card NFSA-covered है या नहीं पूछें
AAY या PHH status और state records से entitlement बदल सकता है। Local food office या Fair Price Shop से current record समझें।
Portability में existing card use करें
DFPD के अनुसार ONORC में home-state card surrender या destination state का नया card जरूरी नहीं। Copy या number safely रखें।
ePoS authentication पूछें
Official FAQ ration या Aadhaar details के साथ ePoS authentication बताता है। Biometric, device, network या name problem में current exception और grievance record मांगें।
Entitlement broker के हाथ न हो
Dealer या relative अकेला card न रखे, unofficial fee न मांगे और household में कौन खाए यह तय न करे। Receipt, shop और date note करें।
Portability हर scheme की guarantee नहीं
ONORC NFSA foodgrain से जुड़ा है। Housing, health, school, cash और state benefits की अलग eligibility होती है।

e-Shram, work और documents
e-Shram unorganised workers, including migrant workers, का national database और service route है। Registration information और portability में मदद कर सकती है, पर job, wage, housing या benefit की guarantee नहीं।
Current e-Shram registration route जाँचें
Official portal eligible unorganised workers के registration और Universal Account Number की जानकारी देता है। Current portal या authorised centre use करें और number private रखें।
Move या occupation safely update करें
Phone, address, occupation या bank detail update का तरीका पूछें। Broker woman की जानकारी बिना बताए बदले या OTP रखे नहीं।
Work और wage trail रखें
Employer या contractor, location, rate, hours, deductions, travel, advance और payment record करें। State बदलने से पहले promise खत्म नहीं होता।
Job के लिए documents surrender न करें
Contractor या landlord only identity card, bank card, phone या passport security के रूप में न रखे। Movement या violence risk हो तो अकेले confront न करें।
Grievance help पूछें
e-Shram helpdesk और grievance route देता है; labour, food, police और legal-services offices अलग समस्या देख सकते हैं। Acknowledgement मांगें।
Arrival के बाद housing, work और safety
Migrant women wage theft, crowded housing, sexual harassment, trafficking, domestic violence और local services से exclusion झेल सकती हैं। Plan सबसे safe available choice से शुरू करें।
Move-in से पहले control पूछें
Keys, rent, documents, cooking, water, toilet, transport और visitors किसके control में हैं पूछें। Private exit contact रखें और location public न करें।
Coercion और trafficking risk को नाम दें
Documents लेना, movement रोकना, debt threat, forced labour या sexual exploitation safety concern हैं। Transport या money controller से अकेले negotiate न करें।
Wage और debt अलग record करें
Advance, deduction, workdays और owed amount लिखें। Family debt या marriage arrangement woman का labour free नहीं बनाता।
Children को responsible न बनाएं
School, health और emergency details accessible रखें। Child को abusive employer, partner या broker के messages का carrier न बनाएं।
Urgent और specialist support लें
Immediate danger में 112 call करें। Women Helpline 181, One Stop Centre, legal-services authority और worker organisations local support से जोड़ सकते हैं; safe contact confirm करें।
Family separation और belonging
Migration से कौन cooking, earning, ration, documents और decisions संभालेगा बदल सकता है। Support woman को dependent parcel मानने के बजाय information और choice लौटाए।
Updates कौन पाए तय करें
Woman trusted contact, language और safe time चुन सकती है। Family अपने आप location, wages या health information न पाए।
Care arrangements साफ लिखें
Children या older relatives की care, records access और money transfer तय करें। Work, illness या housing बदलने पर plan review करें।
Remittance safer बनाएं
Woman समझने वाला channel, recipient और transaction record रखें। Broker या relative को phone PIN या OTP न दें।
Return forced न हो
Woman stay, move, return या protection seek कर सकती है। Family या employer threaten करे तो confidential legal और safety advice पहले लें।
Local solidarity बनाएं
Women group, worker collective, food office, school, health worker या legal-aid office isolation घटा सकते हैं। Public disclosure participation की शर्त न हो।
लोग क्या पूछते हैं
क्या migrant woman दूसरे state में ration card use कर सकती है?
ONORC में NFSA beneficiaries participating ePoS-enabled shop से same existing ration card द्वारा entitled foodgrain ले सकती हैं, current record और authentication के अधीन।
Move के बाद नया ration card चाहिए?
DFPD कहता है ONORC portability में existing card surrender या destination-state नया card जरूरी नहीं। Local food office से exception या authentication problem पूछें।
क्या e-Shram job या benefit guarantee करता है?
नहीं। यह eligible unorganised workers का database और service route है। हर welfare scheme की conditions और implementation अलग हैं।
